How It Works

This app uses a YOLOv8 model that was trained on occlusal images collected by Harvard Dental to detect potential areas of tooth decay.

Steps:

1. Upload a clear and well-lit intraoral occlusal image.
2. Wait for the model to give an output image.
3. Use the resulting image and integrated Zocdoc search to find an appointment with a dental practice that best suits you.

This detection app is not 100% accurate, and cannot replace a diagnosis from a dentist.
